1) Who we are

- Telegram account metadata: user ID, username, first name, chat ID, and the chat type (private/group).
- Usage data: messages/queries you send to the bot, timestamps, selected language/limit, and basic technical logs (errors, rate limits).
- Search results: response data returned by third‑party providers for your query. We do not verify or modify third‑party data.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of data. Please do not submit sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis to do so.
3) Purpose & legal bases
- Provide the Service: receive your query and return results (performance of a contract / your request).
- Maintain & secure the bot: debugging, preventing spam/abuse, rate limiting, and uptime monitoring (legitimate interests).
- Compliance: respond to lawful requests and enforce acceptable use (legal obligation / legitimate interests).
4) Data sources & sharing
- Telegram: We receive your messages and metadata via Telegram’s platform under its terms and privacy policy.
- Third‑party OSINT/API providers: We forward your query to external providers to retrieve results. Example:
d4x*****dox.com. These providers act as independent controllers/processors with their own policies. - Service providers: Hosting and infrastructure vendors used to operate the bot.
- Legal: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5) Retention
We minimize storage. Cached search results are kept temporarily in memory to deliver pages of results and may be cleared on service restart. Basic logs (errors/abuse protection) may be retained for up to 30 days, unless a longer period is necessary for security or legal reasons.
6) Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data (access controls, least‑privilege tokens, HTTPS in transit). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7) Your choices & rights
- Do not submit data you are not authorized to process.
- Access/Deletion: You can request a copy or deletion of bot‑stored data (logs/identifiers) by contacting us with your Telegram @username and user ID.
- Consent management: By using the bot, you consent to processing your messages for the stated purposes.
8) International transfers
Depending on your location and our hosting/providers, data may be processed in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards where required.
9) Children
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. Do not use the bot if you do not meet this requirement.
10) Acceptable use reminder
This bot is for lawful OSINT and research. You must not use it to stalk, harass, discriminate, commit fraud, or otherwise violate rights or laws. You are responsible for your queries and outputs.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” will indicate the latest revision. Continued use of the bot after changes means you accept the revised policy.
